Description

Experience the charm and comfort of traditional narrowboat living with modern luxuries aboard Leap of Faith, a beautifully designed 69ft vessel. Recently refitted in the summer of 2023, this narrowboat offers a perfect blend of classic style and contemporary amenities.

Leap of Faith underwent a comprehensive refit in the summer of 2023, transforming the interior from the kitchen end to the stern. This extensive renovation included upgrading the insulation, installing new cladding, and laying down new flooring. The central heating system was also updated, ensuring warmth and comfort throughout the boat. Every detail was meticulously attended to, including new bedding, to provide a fresh and inviting living space.

The living area is a harmonious blend of traditional craftsmanship and modern convenience. Oak panelling throughout gives the space a timeless elegance, complemented by a solid wood media storage cabinet that houses a 32-inch smart TV. A 3/4 seater sofa provides ample seating, making it a perfect spot to relax and enjoy the cosy ambiance created by the Morso Squirrel multi-fuel stove. This area is designed for both comfort and style, making it the heart of the boat.

Adjacent to the living area is the dinette, featuring a sleek breakfast bar with two stools. This space is perfect for casual dining or enjoying a morning coffee while taking in the serene views from the boat's windows. The breakfast bar's modern design fits seamlessly into the boat's aesthetic, offering a functional yet stylish dining solution.

The master bedroom, located to the rear of the kitchen, features a small double bed with under-bed storage and drawers, maximising space and functionality. The room was refurbished in 2023, ensuring it feels fresh and modern. The oak panelling continues into the bedroom, creating a cohesive and warm environment. This tranquil space is designed for restful nights and provides plenty of storage for personal belongings.

The bathroom on Leap of Faith is both spacious and well-appointed. It features an 800 x 800 shower cubicle with a Bristan shower, offering a luxurious showering experience. A large vanity sink provides ample space for toiletries, and the cassette toilet is both convenient and efficient. The bathroom is finished with elegant shower panels, adding a touch of sophistication to the space.

The galley is a fully equipped kitchen designed with both style and functionality in mind. It boasts a combination of resin and solid wood worktops, providing ample space for meal preparation. The undercounter fridge and Indesit washer and dryer are seamlessly integrated into the design. For those who love to cook, additional appliances such as an air fryer are available upon request. The kitchen's modern design is complemented by clean white and blue tones, creating a bright and welcoming space.

Leap of Faith is a masterpiece of design, featuring a nautical colour scheme that enhances the boat's connection to the water. The modern panelling throughout the boat creates a bright and inviting atmosphere, while the clean white and blue tones add a touch of elegance and sophistication. Every aspect of the boat's design has been carefully considered to create a living space that is both beautiful and functional.

Leap of Faith is not just a narrowboat; it’s a floating home that combines traditional elegance with modern convenience. Whether you're seeking a serene retreat or a unique living experience, this boat promises a journey of comfort and style.

Please note, Leap of Faith does not have an RCD.
